Pacifica Launches The Forge and The Vortex

I just had mushroom soup made from a coffee machine and I have to say I am impressed. Now before you whip out your coffee machine to try it, you have to understand that the soup was expressed from the Pacifica Vortex and not any ordinary coffee machine.

Pacifica has just launched their latest cookwares that can very well be kitchen enthusiasts' favourite toys. The two latest additions in the Pacifica's Foodsmith series incorporates technology that revolutionizes cooking in the modern kitchen while preserving the same love these wholesome food brings. These ground-breaking appliances bring the gourmet approach to regular household cooking at just a touch of the sensor.

Both The Forge and The Vortex boast features that will do the cooking for you the way you like it while you milk more time out of the day to spend on yourself and your family.

Let's check out what these machines can do.

The Vortex can produce food like creamed soup, baby food, paste, porridge, puree, juice, soy bean milk, cake, dessert, grain food.
  • High speed blender that produces micro-fine texture for beans, baby food, soup, porridge, cream-textured food
  • Double Track Heating system heats up the contents while retaining nutritional value
  • Independent Suspension Muting System minimizes noise to only as loud as a boiling electric kettle
  • See-through top lid for users to witness the making of their food
  • Self-cleaning is AMAZING. Using steam, grease and oil is efficiently flushed away every single time and immediately ready for the next cooking.
It excites me as a single working lady who is always on the go as I can combine the nutrients from my favourite ingredients easily. All the grains and beans that fortifies me will be ready by the time I finish my jogs.

It is so smart that it self-cleans and gets ready to prepare for my next food. I kid you not when The Vortex self-cleans as I did not have to use a single drop of dishwashing liquid or wet the whole equipment as usual.

The Vortex blends and uses pressured steam to cook the food before adding water to complete the dish

  • Comes with a vacuum sealed stainless steel, uncoated non-stick pot (see rice cooking photo)
  • Comes with steaming glassware which doubles up as serving dish (see fish steaming photo)
  • Sterilization Function which removes 99% of all bacteria allowing safe use for baby bottles, tableware and glassware
People who love to multitask now can do so care-freely when it comes to cooking. No worries of getting food burnt or having food cold.
