I finally got to try the Chinese Muslim Mee Tarik (pulled noodles, 拉面) at Pasar Seni with my friends. I have to say I understand why the long queue now.

The texture and biteability of the noodle is on point - soft yet al dente. I almost always shy away from noodles that taste like a mouthful of flour. This one is different and gets a thumbs up. The thin and knife-shaven noodles have different feel to its texture and taste.

The dumpling skin also has the right thickness with the amount of fillings which we can choose from lamb, beef, chicken and eggs & chives. You know the skin of frozen dumplings? It's nothing floury like that. I'll return for the cold noodles and tomato noodles.
