Battered by the daily grind, it was time I made my visit to HealthLand. I felt like I had stepped into a sanctuary the moment I set foot into the centre. The lemongrass scent refreshed my olfactory that is so used to exhaust gases. The soothing ambiance was like a balm, melting away all the tension I was loaded with. I was then started with a footbath before being ushered to my room.

I particularly like how skilled their therapists are, targeting vital points that needed pressure and stretching. The therapist supplied sufficient strength yet gentle enough to make me comfortable throughout the therapy. I must say, this is the most essential factor for my return to HealthLand.
I also could not help noticing how hygienic the centre was with clean sheets and disposable linings putting my mind at ease.
The session was a much needed antidote and an investment well spent. I left the centre feeling composed and revitalized to take on challenges waiting ahead!
