My experience at Tosca Trattoria Italiana was truely a gastonomical delight. Eataly indeed!
Starting with full-bodied mushroom soup and pillowy soft focaccia dipped with preciously aged balsamic vinegar, I knew that the evening with @toscadoubletreesa would be promising.True enough, I was blown away by the immaculately tender lamb. The double braised hickory smoked beef brisket was trickling with juice. Meat here are all prepared with precise temperature and authentic Italian flavours. Pasta was elegantly al-dente with freshly shaved parmesan. The affogato was unforgettable -lady's finger dipped into dalcona coffee over classic vanila gelato was the perfect finale for the evening.
From entre to dessert, the dishes here are a testament of the chefs' culinary dedication and expertise. Coupled with i-City's dazzling neon lights, dining at Tosca's is indeed a dreamy affair.
