Weekend Grill and Chill BBQ @ Impiana KLCC

Weekends are to reward yourself for pulling through 5 days of toil. That Friday I rewarded myself at Impiana KLCC Hotel's rooftop restaurant, Cedar on 15. The flames of the Impiana's weekend Chill & Grill BBQ prepared both my food and my mood for the weekend.

Indulge in a variety of marinated meat and seasoned seafood cooked to perfection on the grill by their chefs. While you let the weekend vibe seep in, pleasure your eyes with an electrifying view of Kuala Lumpur from the 15th floor and your ears with beats from the live band. Impiana's new weekend bbq meal ought to be created earlier for the benefit of those who love a good evening pamper.

Serenaded by live band while you dine

From red meat to white, seafood to vegetables, the variety of food available is satisfying. The beef ribs are my favourite as they are marinated to the bone with divine tenderness which made one serving simply impossible. 

Be pre-empted that the spiced XO prawn skewers are high on demand. The size and freshness give them a good bite. For that too, I really didn't mind being judged for the pile of shell infront of me every time the waiter cleared my plate. 

Lamb shoulders and fish skewers are skillfully grilled to the right doneness while the chicken wings and franks are a delight to have. 

The treat is not over yet after a foray of the mains. Pander to your sweet tooth with cakes that taste as good as they look and fresh fruits to clear palette. The Baskin Robins ice cream counter cannot be missed for those who enjoys a creamy finish to the meal.
