After rummaging the internet, I came across Origin Mattress which allows for a 120 day trial period. I love the trial period they offer as it shows the confidence in their product. Plus, who are we kidding when we try the mattress at the showroom in the mall or exhibitions. To me it is the most uncomfortable period of shopping. I never really get to experience the mattress properly in public with stares judging your sleeping position. The movers appointed by Origin handled the delivery professionally with appointments and details stated at every stage of their movement. I like the use of confirmation codes that not only ensures confidentiality but also flexible enough to be transferred to the buyer's trusted party for receipt. My parents easily received the mattress for me while I was away with no fuss at all!
The queen-sized mattress was vacuum-packed and rolled up in a compact box. The mattress can be unfurled for the customer by the movers or be easily done by the customer themselves.
