Christmas and New Year's Feast @ Dorsett Grand Subang

Christmas is a season of giving and sharing. For me, it is also a season for lots of feasting opportunities! If spreading joy is what you want to do for Christmas, then a festive spread always does the job! Dorsett Grand Subang aims to add happiness through the satisfaction of their customers' gut with their halal Christmas and New Year buffet at Terazza Brasserie.

Dorsett Grand Subang profers a delicious range of must-haves for Christmas. The roasted turkey, roasted prime rib, yule log cakes and snowy desserts will definitely get you salivating at the sight them. However, getting to the main dishes is a little challenging for me. Scroll down and I'll tell you why.

The thing about following the order of appetizers, mains and dessert is that you cannot get to the mains as fast as you want to when the appetizers are so good! Chef Zainal Ahmad definitely deserves a praise for putting in as much effort in the appetizers as in the main dishes. His creations have a fresh and fruity theme by balancing savoury and sweetness from fruits. I indeed do not mind coming for a second round just to enjoy the appetizers.

Guests can expect unique creations that is revealed only on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year.

Sweeten up with their array of Christmas desserts that just add to the happiness of the festivity. The bread pudding with vanilla sauce did not stand a chance to survive long after it was dished out from the bakery and even after rounds of replenishment. Certainly a favourite among regular guests. My soul was bathed in bliss with the chocolate fountain! Other palate sweeteners were either prettily covered with 'snow' or adorably bedecked in the mood of Christmas.

The signature bread and butter pudding with vanilla sauce is a hit among guests.
It didn't survive long and it didn't wait for me even after every replenishment!

Countdown to Christmas in the intimate atmosphere of the Piano Lounge with live entertainment, celebratory cocktails and fine beverages on 24th December 2017 11pm onwards. 

Say hello to 2018 in an exclusive countdown party with a sumptuous supper buffet accompanied by the resident live band. Highlights on the menu include the signature Hickory barbequed chicken wings, chicken and mushroom pie and Haiwaiian pizza just to name a few.
